Newland Manor Asian Wedding Photographer
Shellie & Kam | Hindu Wedding – Newland Manor
Shellie and Kam approached me to not only capture the essence of a traditional Hindu ceremony, but to flawlessly combine the traditional secular moments. Although a mixed marriage, it was very important to Shellie and Kam to preserve the traditional Hindu wedding ceremony.
Located in Chalfont St. Giles, the stunning and idyllic Newland Manor with 250 acres of picturesque parkland proved to be the perfect stage for a beautifully blended ceremony. The traditional Hindu ceremony was performed in the modern and chic White Diamond Marque room. This perfectly lit white and silver accented backdrop allowed for the deep and vibrant traditionally colored bridal garb to truly pulsate within each photograph. The ceremony was deeply moving, emotions were high, smiles wide and tears of joy deep. As the ceremony ended, the guest commenced in the Black Diamond Marque room for a stunningly beautiful twilight themed reception. Shellie appeared in a gorgeous white dress, on Kam’s arm with a smile that could have brightened any room.
Combined with an unusual approach to the wedding, Kam is a well fellow Asian wedding photographer in the UK. The honor of having a fellow photographer request to photograph their most important of days, is truly a humbling experience. This amazing couple could see the creative wedding photographer in me, which was an inspirational and proud moment in my career. I wish them the absolute very best that life and love has to offer!
